Tower 7’s form is a response to its programs. The tower tapers to its 341 meter height, creating floor depths up to 15 meters at the 26 low zone office floors, 12 meters at the 11 mid zone hotel floors and 9 meters for the 20 floors of residential. Tower 7 is topped with an illuminated lantern element and an event space. Also featured are 3 swimming pools and a helicopter landing pad. Sustainability components include high reflectivity glass and horizontal fins with integrated natural ventilation to mitigate solar gain while also providing fresh air.
