项目之所在 | Place

在南京市外围，有一个以现代主义绿色梦想为规划的新区——浦口。浦口以现代主义的规划模式，布局了很多大型封闭式的住宅社区，整个区域虽然基础设施和道路完善，但是却和其他同类规划的新区一样缺少丰富多彩的公共生活。BAU所设计的浦口文化中心，将公共空间最大化，借此契机打开了公共生活的大门，力图为浦口打造浓郁的都市氛围。

A new district on the fringe of Nanjing, formulated on the green dream of modernist planning, and comprised mostly of large autonomous gated housing communities has left Pukou as a well-engineered city but one with limited opportunity for dynamic public life. This project brings an intense moment of urbanity to the district, maximising public space and opening opportunities for the emergence of public life.

南京生态科技岛会展中心

由一间新加坡投资机构开发的南京生态科技岛会展中心，旨在为环保和科技企业提供一个社区聚集空间和孵化器，从而凝聚他们之间的创新、协作和创造力。

A Singapore investor developed the Nanjing Eco Hi-Tech Island Exhibition Center to unite aspirations of innovation, collaboration, and creativity. The building provides a community gathering space and incubator for environmental and technology companies.

华为作为世界顶尖的科技创新企业，其在南京的研发中心是全球十五个重要研究机构之一。AECOM的全球化多专业的设计团队，历经六年完成了该项目的一体化设计（建筑、景观、室内）和全程服务。

Huawei Nanjing Research & Development Center is one of the important institutions of Huawei, the world’s top technology innovation company. It took multi-disciplinary groups from AECOM 6 years to complete the whole design period of the project’s integrated design (architecture, landscape, interior design).

南京鼓楼医院

鼓楼医院南扩项目位于南京市中心地区，基地面积为37,900㎡，总建筑面积达230,000㎡，是集住院，门诊，急诊，医技，学术交流等的综合性医院扩建项目。2003年开始设计，2012年竣工运营。

The South expansion project of the Drum Tower Hospital is located in the central area of Nanjing. Its base area is 37,900㎡ and its total construction area reaches 230,000㎡. It is a comprehensive hospital extension project integrated with in-patient service, out-patient service, emergency treatment, medical technology and academic exchange. It was designed in 2003 and completed in 2012.

南京栖霞山石埠桥中心学校

南京栖霞山石埠桥中心学校为九年一贯制学校，是栖霞街道整治拆迁后经济适用房的公建配套项目之一，设计需在原有教学楼基础上进行改扩建。场地位于栖霞山西侧，总用地面积约为4.59公顷，总建筑面积29915平方米。

Nanjing Qixia Mountain Shibuqiao 9-year Central School, is one of the public supporting projects for the affordable housing after the relocation of Qixia Street. The site is located on the west side of Qixia Mountain, with a total land area of 4.59 hectares and a total construction area of 29915 square meters.

云梯

云梯位于江苏舜禹投资总部塔楼与裙房的交接处，主要功能是改善商业动线及丰富建筑组团的院落空间体验。作为典型的交通设施，楼梯的各入口合理地顺应了不同方向的商业人流，交通便捷性的设计考虑自然形成了折线状的平面几何关系，由外而内地确立了楼梯在场地中的秩序。

江岛新天地滨江商业生态公园  


项目基地原本只是用作江心洲的防汛堤坝，如今成为一座具有活力的沿江公园。我们在既有的堤坝基础上，修复生态缺陷，改善沿江风貌，注入新的休闲活动功能，将这片在过去几十年里无人问津的土地发展成了江心洲重要的资源。

宕（ dàng）口，出自《说文》，意为洞穴、洞屋。现在主要是指露天矿山开采形成的采石场。

南京艺术学院 – 砼展厅

南京艺术学院在热闹拥挤的宿舍楼群间寻到空地一块，准备利用原46号宿舍楼底层的公共用房改造并扩建一个两层的艺术展厅，下层“古瓷片研究展厅”，上层“古油画修复展厅”，两个主题一中一西，并要求分别管理，互不相通。

This very project found its place among the crowded dormitory buildings of Nanjing University of the Arts. What used to be the public rooms on the ground floor of the original No.46 dormitory is ready to be renovated and expanded into a two-story art exhibition hall. The lower floor is assigned to ” the Exhibition Hall of Ancient Ceramics Researches”, and the upper floor ” the Exhibition Hall of Ancient Oil Painting Restoration “. The two halls representing for two themes, Chinese culture and western culture, are designed to be separated and to be managed independently.
