有关新街口德基广场三期的消息（5月3号更新）

英文介绍：Deji Plaza Phase 3 is located in the center of the Xinjiekou Central Business District, Nanjing. Totaling 95,080 square meters (1.02 million sq. ft.), This mixed use project includes a 280 Meter  (918 feet) tall 5-star hotel & condo tower as well as a luxury retail mall.
The tower design incorporates staggered double height garden spaces for the residents with a unique skylobby and amenity space. This double height garden concept for each unit creates an elegant addition to the central Nanjing skyline.  The lower portion of the tower will also include a 300 key 5-star atrium hotel.
The Deji Plaza Phase 3 luxury retail will link to the existing Deji Plaza Phase 2 luxury retail mall via a bridge that will also symbolically form a gateway entrance to the project.
相比于之前的变化：三期塔楼高度从之前的300+降为280M，原先的德基博物馆这次完全没有提到，说法变成了总建筑面积95080平方米的奢侈品商场和塔楼，塔楼低层做五星级酒店。

总体思路是超高加大面积商业，高度和现在德基差不多

德基三期之前不是说做成酒店式公寓，高度不过200吗？

我也觉得商业面积会很大..这个室内设计里面都说有7层了，期待一下

呃应该是三期的设计吧，仔细看时间是2016年的，而且二期也没有bookstore啊，teahouse也没有出现在8楼，设计还停留在design phase

这比二期略矮啊，有超高就不错
